Privacy Policy

This page explains what Rigoro collects from companies that contact us, why we collect it and how you stay in control of it.

1. Who is responsible

Rigoro is an international recruiting company that connects Salesforce professionals in Brazil with companies in the United States. We are the controller of the data you send us.

2. What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form. Nothing else.

• Contact details: first name, last name, company, business email, phone and company website.
• Hiring context: the role you are hiring for, seniority, hiring model, timeline and any notes you add.

3. Why we use it

• To understand the role you need to fill.
• To contact you about it and about matching professionals.
• To send you profiles that fit, with the professional's prior consent for that specific opportunity.

We process this data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Who we share it with

We use an external service to receive form submissions and a hosting provider to keep this site online. These providers process the data only to deliver that service to us. Beyond that, your enquiry stays inside Rigoro.

5. International transfer

Rigoro operates between the United States and Brazil, so data you send may be processed in either country and by providers with servers elsewhere. We only work with providers that offer contractual safeguards for that transfer.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry while the conversation is active and for two years afterwards, so we can pick it up if you come back. You can ask us to delete it sooner, at any time.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Confirm what we hold about you and give you a copy.
• Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your data.
• Stop using it for a given purpose.
• Tell you who we shared it with.

8. Security

The whole site runs over HTTPS and access to enquiries is limited to the people at Rigoro who work on them. No system is perfect. If an incident creates real risk to you, we will tell you.

9. Changes

If we change something material, we update the date at the top of this page.
